MICHIGAN WHEEL
Michigan Wheel Propellers are fixed pitch propellers,
preferred by vessel manufacturers world-wide. There are two models preferred
by sailers, the narrow-bladed Sailer and the wide bladed Machine Pitch.

Dyna Jet
The skew-bladed Dyna Jet is also found on sailboats. The leading edge is
rounded and the trailing edge is straight. The blade area is the same as
the Machine Pitch. In forward, the rounded edge has a a soft entry into
the water flowing around the deadwood of the strut or keel upstream of the
propeller. This design helps reduce vibration in forward. It may result
in a slight throbbing in reverse.
