Shipping and Returns
Orders under 70 lbs. will be shipped via UPS to all locations in the 48 Continental United States and DHL or USPS Priority / Express International throughout the world. Orders over 70 lbs. will be shipped via LTL truck to all locations in the 48 Continental United States. At times HSP reserves the right to use alternative shipping methods from what is listed above. All goods are inspected and carefully packed when shipped. If shipping damage occurs all claims must be made with carrier, not with HSP. Please note shipping damages should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Shortages and errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
In order to make a claim please contact us or phone our Customer Service Department at 360-299-8266 for a Return Authorization (R.A.) and shipping instructions. The R.A. must be indicated along with your address on the mailing label and the shipping carton should include your daytime phone number and the original purchase receipt. Returns do not cover any expense of downtime, haul outs, propeller removal or install, or shipping charges. All returns valid for 30 days.
►Inboard propellers are not returnable, as they are inventoried in a factory pilot bore and specifically machined to fit your vessel.
►Propeller accessories and parts are returnable upon a Return Authorization request; however they are subject to a 15% restock fee, original shipping charges are not refundable. All returns / exchanges are inspected upon receipt, and additional charges may apply to any item not in “like new” condition.
We will contact you via email or phone if your items are back-ordered. If you choose to cancel a back-ordered item, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original form of payment. Shipping times can vary on back-ordered items; we will do our best to keep you posted as to when your order will arrive.
