Prop Protector Split Line Cutter - 3.15" Blade Diameter

The Prop Protector line cutter is supplied as a split assembly that can be installed on the shaft without removing the propeller. The width is 0.67" for the 3.15" unit, and a gap of 0.9" is sufficient; this includes 1/4" of space for water to circulate to the shaft bearing. It is clamped onto the shaft by two Allen screws and is also fixed by a set screw that locates into a small drill dimple made in the shaft.

All Prop Protectors are made from marine grade 316 stainless steel and are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date-of-purchase.

NOTE: Outside Blade diameter of cutter needs to be around 3/4" to 1" larger than propeller or strut hub outside diameter.
