Welcome to Marinepropellers.com (MP) These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Website Use

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Product Descriptions & Specifications

We strive to ensure product information is accurate, however, product specifications are subject to manufacturer revision without notice. Images are for reference only and may not represent the exact product delivered. Dimensions, tolerances, materials, and weights may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes. CNC machined propellers may vary within ISO tolerance standards. Customer is solely responsible for verifying all measurements prior to ordering, including but not limited to: Diameter, Pitch, Rotation (RH/LH), Shaft diameter, Taper (SAE or metric), Keyway dimensions, Bore range and Clearance. Improper fitment is not grounds for return if the ordered specifications match the customer’s submitted information.

Special Order / Made-to-Order Products

Many of our propellers and marine components are Special Order Only or Made-to-Order. For these products orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a verified manufacturer defect exists. Lead times (including 10–12-week estimates) are approximate and subject to change. Production or shipping delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or damages. By placing an order for a Special-Order product, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Pricing & Errors

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors, cancel orders placed due to incorrect pricing, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled due to pricing error, a full refund will be issued.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Billing information must match the cardholder’s information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment verification fails. Fraud prevention measures may require additional documentation. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve a dispute may result in account restriction. Credit card authorizations may appear as pending charges prior to final settlement.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are FOB Shipping Point unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs clearance, and import fees.

Freight Damage

Customer must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Note any damage to the delivery receipt. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for freight claims. Failure to report damage promptly may avoid claiming eligibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.

Eligible Returns

New, unused, uninstalled stock items returned within 30 days of delivery subject to inspection and approval.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20–25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Special Order or Made-to-Order products, custom bored or modified propellers, used or installed products, clearance or final sale items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

Products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. We disclaim any implied warranties, including warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty does not cover: Improper installation, incorrect application, misuse or modification, damage from grounding or impact.

Performance Disclaimer

Marine propeller performance depends on multiple variables including vessel weight, hull condition, engine health, gear ratio, and load. We do not guarantee top speed, fuel economy, RPM targets, hole shot performance, vibration elimination. Performance recommendations are advisory only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for haul-out fees, yard labor, tow bills, engine damage, loss of use, lost income, trip interruption, consequential or incidental damages.

Order Cancellation

All items that are ordered than cancelled before shipment are subject to a 5% fee that covers store admin and all credit card and PayPal processing fees. We advise all clients to check with us for availability's before purchasing any of our products online.. Special Order items may not be canceled once production has begun. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

International Orders

International customers assume full responsibility for customs clearance, duties and taxes, import compliance, currency fluctuations, international freight delays. Returns from international shipments may be restricted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, SEO content, layout and design is the property of marinepropellers.com and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State in Skagit County court.
