Order Dispatch

Shipping times are dependent on current inventory status. In-stock items typically ship within 1 business day, ensuring fast order fulfillment. Items with limited availability will ship while inventory lasts. Products that are out of stock, backordered, or designated as special order may require additional lead time depending on supplier production and availability. For the most accurate stock status and estimated ship dates, customers are encouraged to contact us directly at 360-299-8266 prior to placing an order.

Shipping

Orders under 70 lbs. will be shipped via UPS to all locations in the 48 Continental United States and DHL or USPS Priority / Express International throughout the world. Orders over 70 lbs. will be shipped via LTL truck to all locations in the 48 Continental United States. At times Marine Propellers reserves the right to use alternative shipping methods from what is listed above. All goods are inspected and carefully packed when shipped. If shipping damage occurs all claims must be made with carriers, not with Marine Propellers. Please note shipping damages should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Shortages and errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Back Orders

We will contact you via email or phone if your items are backordered. If you choose to cancel a back-ordered item, a refund will be issued less a 5% processing fee that is consistent with the original form of payment. Shipping times can vary in back-ordered items; we will do our best to keep you posted as to when your order arrives.
