Propeller Flange Nut 6402
Propeller Nut Zinc Caps provide added protection for both your propeller and drive shaft. Each zinc cap is secured using stainless steel all-thread and two stainless steel nuts for a reliable fit. Propeller Nut Zinc Caps are designed to fit snugly over the points of standard propeller nuts. For best results, compare the point-to-point diameter of the propeller nut with the inside diameter of the zinc cap. In rare cases, minor machining may be required to achieve a closer fit.
The outside diameter of the propeller nut flange should match the outside diameter of the propeller hub. Cement may be applied inside the zinc cap to prevent it from rotating during operation.
