Service / Replacement Notes

• Pins slide through the blade root and hub
• A tapered locking screw secures each pin in place
• When reinstalling, Flexofold specifies tightening the pivot pin locking screws to ≈12 Nm (8.4 ft-lb) and checking blade folding action afterward
• Apply medium-strength threadlocker (Loctite 243) if recommended
